Order
Tell us their name, the date of the service and the style you like. It takes two minutes.

Send the photos
Share a Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud link, or email them. Add the song and any words you'd like included.

Receive your film
Same day, by 9pm if you order by 2pm. Give it to your funeral director for the service, and keep it for always.

Questions families ask
How quickly will the film be ready?
If your order and photos reach us by 2pm, your film is with you by 9pm the same day. Orders after 2pm are ready by midday the next day.
How many photos can we include?
Up to 200. Every photo is shown whole, never cropped to fit. About 40 photos make a three-minute film.
Can we choose the music?
Yes. Tell us the song and we time the film to it, so it ends softly rather than cutting off. If you don't have one, we suggest a gentle piece from our library.
Can it be played at the crematorium or church?
Yes. You get a 1080p MP4 with the music built in, the format crematorium screens ask for. Give it to your funeral director, who passes it to the crematorium. Most UK crematoria charge £29–40 to play a film you supply.
How do we pay?
After you order, we email you a secure payment link. The film costs £29 in total.
Can we ask for changes?
Yes. Tell us what to change, such as a photo, a word or the order, and we send an updated film.
What happens to our photos?
They are used only to make the film, shared only through private links, and deleted 30 days after the film is delivered. We never show your film anywhere without your written permission.
Arranging the funeral with a funeral director? They can also order the film for you.
