Terms of service

These terms apply when a funeral home or a family ("you") orders a tribute film from ("we"). The section "Families ordering directly" applies only to families.

Price for funeral homes

Funeral directors: your first film is on us. Each film after that costs £29, excluding VAT, unless we agree a different price with you in writing. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract. You decide what, if anything, to charge the family.

What we deliver

• A tribute film in the style you choose, with up to 200 photos.
• A 1080p MP4 with the music built in, through a private download link.
• Your funeral home's name on the closing card.
• Changes the family asks for after they have seen the film.

We aim to deliver every film the same day. If something outside our control delays a film, we will tell you straight away.

Photos, words and music

You confirm that the family has agreed to us using the photos, words and music you send us to make their film. We use them only for that film, and handle them as described in our privacy notice.

Crematoria and venues

Crematoria and other venues set their own fees, formats and deadlines for playing films. Please check them for each service. We are not responsible for a venue's fees or decisions.

Using the films

The finished film is for the family and your funeral home to use for the funeral and to keep. We never show a family's film anywhere without the family's written permission.

Families ordering directly

• A tribute film costs £29, including VAT where it applies. We send a secure payment link after you order.
• If your order and photos reach us by 2pm, we aim to deliver the film by 9pm the same day; later orders by midday the next day.
• When you order, you ask us to start straight away. Because we begin making your film at once, you lose your 14-day right to cancel once we have started. We confirm this in the email we send when you order.
• This does not affect your legal rights if the film is faulty or not as described. Tell us and we will put it right.
