Who we are

("we") makes tribute films for funeral homes. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

Funeral homes' details

When you fill in our free-film form or email us, we collect your funeral home's name, your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), country and message. We use them to reply to you and to provide our service. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, once you order, our contract with you.

Families' photos and details

When a funeral home orders a film, the funeral home decides what is sent to us: the photos, the name and dates of the person who has died, and any words or music the family chooses. We act as a processor on the funeral home's behalf and use them only to make the film.

When a family orders directly, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it), country, the name of the person the film is for, the service date, the style and the photos. We use them to make and deliver the film and to contact you about your order. Our legal basis is our contract with you.

• Photos and films are shared only through private links.
• We delete family photos 30 days after the film is delivered.
• We never show a family's film anywhere without their written permission.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to host this website, store files and send email. They process data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in touch with your funeral home and for up to two years after our last contact. Family photos are deleted 30 days after delivery, as above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).

Cookies

This website uses the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that keeps the enquiry form secure. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on.
